We are looking for experienced and motivated Field Service Engineers to join our team, working across London with a variety of leading coffee machine and warewashing manufacturers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a range of equipment, delivering maintenance and repair services to clients in diverse sectors. Along with a salary of up to £40,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience), you will also receive overtime, a company van, ongoing training and the opportunity to work with equipment from multiple leading manufacturers. As Field Service Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Servicing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of coffee machines and warewashing equipment from multiple manufacturers.
Diagnosing technical faults, performing repairs, and ensuring equipment is back in service promptly.
Delivering routine maintenance schedules to ensure equipment operates at optimal performance levels.
Liaising with clients on-site, providing technical advice and excellent customer service.
Accurately documenting work completed, parts used, and any additional recommendations.
Planning and managing your daily workload effectively, ensuring efficient and timely service.

We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer with:

Proven experience working with coffee machines, warewashing equipment, domestic appliances.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills in an engineering environment.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with customers.
Self-motivated, well-organised, and comfortable working independently.
