Location: Northwest London (with travel around London & the Southeast)Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 Benefits: Company vehicle, pension scheme, commission opportunities

About the Role

We are a leading provider of commercial laundry equipment solutions, offering installation, servicing, and maintenance to a variety of sectors, including hotels, healthcare, and premier football clubs. Due to ongoing growth, we're looking to expand our dedicated service team with a skilled Field Service Engineer.

Field Service Engineer Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and report on faults with commercial laundry and ware washing equipment.
• Commission and check new equipment installations.
• Perform basic installations of equipment, including dosing and ozone systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance visits to ensure equipment is in top condition.
• Prepare and test ex-rental equipment for supply.
• Maintain van stock and update Salesforce inventory.
• Liaise with customers professionally, ensuring excellent service delivery.

Field Service Engineer Requirements:

• Mechanical and electrical experience (Gas Safe qualifications are advantageous but not essential).
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Personable and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
• A strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and pride in delivering high standards.
• Full UK driving license (clean).
