We are looking for a Repairs Supervisor to join our Service team at our Langham office. You will have a good understanding of the repairs business and will be responsible for:

  • Planning in repairs jobs to ensure that parts are available and repairs are carried out safely, on time and within budget.
  • The supervision of repairs engineers and sub contract labour utilising the talents of the team and providing support and training to maximise the skills within the team.
  • Delivering accurate and timely paperwork, managing your time on site, liaising regularly with the office based support team to ensure that repair parts are available as required.
  • Working in a customer facing environment building good working relationships, providing updates and feedback to clients on progress.
  • Completes Risk Assessment Methods dealing with any hazards that need attention prior to work being carried out
