Job Title: Lift Service Engineer

Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 per annum + Overtime, Call Out

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lift Service Engineer to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a wide range of lift systems in various settings, ensuring their optimal performance and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of lift systems across residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Conduct safety checks and ensure all lifts comply with current regulations and standards.
Respond to emergency breakdowns as part of a call-out rota.
Maintain detailed records of work completed and parts used.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and clear communication.
Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Lift Service Engineer or in a similar role.
NVQ Level 3 in Lift Servicing
Strong technical knowledge of different types of lift systems.
Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical issues.
Understanding of health and safety regulations related to lift maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and a professional approach to customer service.
Full UK driving license.
