- Continental Shift - Days & Nights (12 hour shift 7 til. 7 am/pm & pm/am)
- Static commercial building in heart of the City
- £44,000 per annum basic plus bags of overtime
Duties
- PPMs and reactive maintenance across the sites electrical, mechanical and plumbing installations
- Emergency light testing
- Fire alarm testing
- Sprinkler testing
- Addressing lighting issues
- Maintaining power distribution systems
- Maintenance on transformers, panels, gearboxes and breakers
- Maintenance of on-site HVAC plants - AHUs/FCUs/VAVs/CRAC units
- Maintenance on chillers in computer/data/comms rooms
- Cooling tower checks
- Fixing leaks
- Drainage/flushing
- Inspection of building fire safety system
- Locating faults/readings on BMS system
- Generator testing
Requirements
- C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations
- 18th Edition
- Min. 2 years commercial building services maintenance experience
- Desire to progress in your career
- Work towards securing your HV AP status with the business
