TecRec are recruiting for a Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join a leading FM provider, covering London & Southeast England.
As an Mobile Engineer you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of sites in London & the Southeast.
Duties:
- Completion of PPM works to schedule in the most proactive and efficient way possible.
- Responsible for ensuring effective diagnostic of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment.
- Record and document all work carried out and raise appropriate documentation as quotes as required.
- Dealing with subcontractors
- Reporting into the contract manager
- Liaising with the client
- Updating log books
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing which consist of the following.
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Plumbing & Heating / Mechanical Engineering
- Well, presented & client facing.
- Experience working in FM/Building Services/Maintenance.
- Full UK Driving licence
The Package:
- Up to £45,000 per annum
