I have been exclusively tasked with recruiting a Mortgage Advisor to join a business that has recently been acquired by a globally recognised HNW brand.

My client is a prestigious international property brand, known for earning numerous awards over the years. As they continue to expand rapidly, this is an exciting time to join the team. My client can provide ample, good quality leads that the advisor will need to convert.

The Mortgage Advisor will provide comprehensive services to prospective finance clients. Key responsibilities for the successful candidate will include:

  • Achieving the annual business plan in coordination with your line manager
  • Reaching out to opportunities referred from the company's network
  • Clearly and concisely explaining the services offered
  • Providing clients with all necessary documentation as outlined in the sales process while maintaining the highest standards of customer service
  • Participating in results meetings with your line manager and presenting your performance metrics

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Full CeMAP qualification
  • At least 2 years of industry experience
  • A proven track record of meeting targets
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and colleagues
