What We're Looking For:

We seek experienced Mortgage Advisers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, eager to build a long-term career with a market leader. This role focuses on advising clients and delivering excellent customer engagement, not chasing leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to discuss mortgage needs and goals
  • Provide expert advice on mortgage options, rates, and terms
  • Collaborate with lenders and underwriters for timely mortgage approvals
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and mortgage products
  • Maintain relationships with referral sources
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process

Experience Required:

  • Up to 2 years of experience as a fully CeMAP qualified Mortgage Adviser
  • Knowledge of mortgage products and lending guidelines
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client files independently
  • Positive attitude and service-driven
  • Well-spoken and presented.

On offer:

  • Base Salary: £30,000 + Commission + Bonus
  • Advisers receive 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays
  • One Saturday per quarter worked
  • Remote working, starting at 4 days in the office, reducing to 2 days in the office typically after a couple of years.
