Procurement Heads Consumer team is excited to be working with a leading organisation in the sports industry who are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join their growing, dynamic procurement team.

You will be supporting procurement operations across multiple categories, managing end-to-end tender processes, analysing costs and supplier proposals, and ensuring procurement strategies align with broader business objectives, including sustainability initiatives.

You'll work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure transparency, efficiency, and alignment with the strategic objectives, including sustainability initiatives.

Hybrid working with the office based in North London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sourcing plans and tender documents to achieve best value.
  • Manage end-to-end tender processes, from supplier engagement to contract negotiation.
  • Analyse cost and bid data to evaluate offers and support decision-making.
  • Support procurement compliance and contribute to major tournaments & events.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder and supplier relationships.
Key skills and Requirements for the role:
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience handling data sets.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
