SubcontractorManagement:Managetheprocurementofsubcontractors,ensuringthatallcontractorsarecompliant,includinginsurance,healthandsafety,andcontractualagreements.

FinancialManagement:Review,prepare,andsubmitaccuratecostreports,budgets,andforecastsforassignedprojects.Regularlyupdateprojectcostsandfinancialmodels.

PaymentManagement:Reviewsubcontractorpaymentapplications,ensuringthattheyareaccurateandcompliant.IssuepaymentnoticesandmanagepaymentschedulesthroughinternalCOINSsystem.

ContractualCompliance:Ensurethatallcontractualobligationsaremet,mitigatingrisks,andmanagingdisputesinaprofessionalmanner.

ProjectSiteManagement:Conductregularsitewalk-throughstoensurethephysicalprogressoftheworkisalignedwithfinancialreports.Updatemarkupsofdrawings,confirmcompletedworks,andmaintainrecordsofmaterialsdeliveredandusedon-site.

UseofCOINS:Maintainaccuraterecordsofsubcontractorliabilities,workprogress,andprojectcostswithintheCOINSsystem,ensuringvisibilityforthecommercialteam.

StakeholderCommunication:Liaisewithprojectmanagers,clients,subcontractors,andtheinternalcommercialteamtoensuresmoothcommunicationandresolveanyissuesefficiently.

Experienceintheconstructionorbuildingservicessectorispreferred,particularlyindatacentreprojects.

Strongunderstandingofsubcontractormanagement,financialreporting,andcontractualobligations.

ExcellentITskills,withexperienceusingCOINSorsimilarsystems.

Strongnegotiation,problem-solving,andcommunicationskills.

Attentiontodetailandanabilitytoworkunderpressuretomeetdeadlines.
