Pod is excited to partner with a leading media company that creates engaging collectible products for global markets and they are currently looking for a Distribution & Production Executive to join their supply chain team in London (3 days in the office).

In this role, you’ll support the operational side of both distribution and production, helping ensure a smooth product flow across multiple international markets.

In this role,

You will…

  • Oversee and maintain accurate stock management processes
  • Manage global shipping operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and improve efficiency
  • Maintain and update internal databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support the wider team
  • Monitor and coordinate with 3PL providers, including task allocation and performance tracking
  • Facilitate clear and effective internal and external communication across teams and partners
  • Support cost control initiatives, including supplier negotiation and budget tracking

About you:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics and a solid understanding of shipping and logistics
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and strong data analysis skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships effectively
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
