What You'll Do:
- Develop and manage e-commerce strategies and projects from ideation to execution.
- Use data-driven insights to inform actionable business decisions.
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver a cohesive shopping journey for customers.
What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrable experience in strategy/projects, with a focus on customer experience and/or e-commerce.
- Proven ability to grow business through analytics and insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Expertise in B2C e-commerce trends and conversion optimisation.
