About the Role:

As General Manager, you’ll work alongside the MD to oversee the day-to-day operations of the SW London depot and provide strategic oversight for the Hampshire depot. You'll manage a 3,000 sq. ft. household goods storage warehouse, a growing fleet of 3.5T removals vehicles, and a team of 7+ crew members (scaling up during peak seasons).

You’ll lead a close-knit team, including the Office Manager, Business Development Manager, Office Administrator, and operational foremen, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional service delivery, and profitability.
