Group Fleet Manager

London/RemotePermanent - £65-£70k plus car allowance

We are currently working with a leading UK property maintenance specialist, who provide property management solutions across a range of sectors including social housing. They are looking to recruit a Group Fleet Manager. The Group Fleet Manager is responsible for providing strong leadership and strategic management of the Group Fleet to ensure a compliant, innovative and commercially efficient fleet.

Responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

  • The day to day running of the Fleet Department, including developing and enhancing processes, policies and technology
  • Budgetary responsibility for the Fleet departments revenue, costs and overheads
  • Asset planning / replacement scheduling
  • Ensuring all vehicle statutory and legal requirements are maintained
  • Produce and maintain all fleet related policies, ensuring they represent current legislation
  • Management of the Vehicle Insurance policy and administration, providing input / support to annual renewals
  • Leading and inspiring the fleet team to support the above objectives
