Inventory Manager- North London (hybrid)- Up to £35k

Pod Talent is partnering with a massive player in a rapidly growing consumer goods market, looking for an Inventory Manager to support them on getting the right products to the right places.

In this incredibly dynamic role, you will be supporting the supply and operational functions, forecasting product demand, working with 3PL to ensure smooth delivery, and communicating with suppliers to ensure availability targets and SLAs are met.In this role, You will...

  • Oversee ordering, distribution, and stock control, ensuring timely deliveries, resolving supply issues, and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Monitor stock productivity, provide insights to the senior team, plan forecasts, and assess new product performance to optimise growth
  • Work closely with marketing, stores, suppliers, and distributors, ensuring smooth operations and strategic alignment
  • Verify invoices, claim stock cost discrepancies, and visit manufacturers to understand production processes

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience in Supply Chain with some demand forecasting knowledge with a background in consumer goods ideally
  • Great organisational and attention to detail skills
  • Experience in raising purchase orders and order processing
  • Strong communication and Excel skills
