Our client, a rapidly growing company within FMCG, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you'll support smooth logistics operations, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of products from suppliers to warehouses, and from warehouses to customers. Description

  • Order Management: Manage end-to-end order processing, including coordinating with suppliers and monitoring shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Inventory Control: Track stock levels, manage inventory records, and work closely with warehouse teams to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Shipping & Receiving: Oversee shipping processes, prepare necessary documents, and liaise with couriers to ensure effective distribution.
  • Supplier Coordination: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, optimising lead times and minimising costs.
  • Problem Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for logistics issues, troubleshooting delivery challenges and identifying solutions to improve service levels.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and produce reports on logistics performance, KPIs, and inventory data.

Profile

  • Experience: experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations roles, ideally within the FMCG, health & wellness, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software; strong Excel skills are a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Adaptable, proactive, and able to resolve issues quickly under time constraints.
  • Mindset: Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with a passion for wellness and sustainability.
