This is a unique opportunity to lead and innovate within a forward-thinking business, shaping and optimising their supply chain operations with cutting-edge Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) logistics strategies.

What You'll Be Doing as Logistics Manager:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement a state-of-the-art D2C logistics strategy, with a strong focus on operational excellence.
  • 3PL Oversight: Manage 3PL D2C operations, ensuring efficient order processing, rigorous quality control, and strict compliance with all regulations.
  • Courier Management: Foster and maintain relationships with courier companies, monitor KPIs, and continuously improve shipping and return processes.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and lead a dedicated logistics customer service team to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to oversee international import/export compliance and contribute to sustainability initiatives.

Key Experience Required for the Position of Logistics Manager:

  • Extensive Logistics Expertise: Over 5 years of logistics experience, particularly within D2C/ecommerce channels. Experience in the dynamic world of fashion retail is highly desirable, though expertise in other retail sectors is also valued.
  • System Proficiency: Strong proficiency in relevant systems, including MS Office, Retail Operating Systems, and CRM systems. Knowledge of Brightpearl, SAP, or Hubspot is a plus.
  • 3PL and Courier Management: Proven track record in managing 3PL logistics operations, courier companies, and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and manage high-performing teams.

If you have a robust background in retail logistics with a specialisation in D2C operations and are ready to take on a pivotal role within a fast-paced, innovative environment, we want to hear from you!
