The Operations Administrator Opportunity:
As Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of events and business functions.
In this exciting and varied role, you will handle event portals, logistics, communications, and document management, ensuring compliance with operational requirements.
Your Responsibilities Will Span 5 Key Areas:
+ Email & Communication Management
+ Event & Logistics Coordination
+ Document & Data Management
+ Meetings & Coordination
+ General Administrative Duties As Required
A bit about you:
+Ideally you will have previous experience in operations, event planning, or logistics
+ Familiarity with Jotforms, staffing portals, and documentation management systems is a bonus
+ Knowledge of event planning, logistics, and documentation management
+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools
+ High attention to detail and accuracy
+ Able to work independently and as part of a team
+ Problem-solving skills and adaptability
+ Able to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines
+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
+ Experience liaising with multiple stakeholders and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously is advantageous
