Oversee the operation in West London, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.

Lead, coach, recruit for and develop warehouse and transport teams.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on quality, cost-effectiveness, and productivity.

Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control.

Analyse operational data and provide insights to inform decision-making and improve performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, staff, and customers.

Oversee a move into a new warehouse facility
- Implementation of a new WMS system (Microsoft Dynamics)
Profile

Proven experience in an Operations Manager or equivalent role within FMCG distribution.

Strong leadership and people management skills,.

A track record of driving operational efficiency and achieving business goals.

Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
