We’re seeking a Planning Operations Manager to join our client, a global leader in wholesale, as they continue to expand and innovate. Reporting to the Integrated Business Planning Director, you will lead the Planning Operations team for EMEA, ensuring seamless execution of demand planning and inventory management across retail and eCommerce channels.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence, spearhead digitisation initiatives, and enhance data-driven decision-making in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:? Lead the Planning Operations team, ensuring top-tier service aligned with demand signals and commercial priorities.? Oversee inventory management, ensuring on-shelf availability (OSA) across all DTC points of sale.? Drive operational efficiencies, optimising workflow processes and implementing automation.? Own reporting and business analytics, providing meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.? Collaborate with EMEA and Global teams to enhance business intelligence tools and supply chain strategies.? Play a key role in S&OE and S&OP processes, contributing to special projects and strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:?? Strong experience in Operations, Customer Service, or Supply Chain Planning in a global organisation.?? Expertise in inventory management, forecasting, and logistics planning.?? Strong data literacy and analytical skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.?? Knowledge of supply chain principles, statistical modelling, and data visualisation techniques.?? Advanced Excel and database skills.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points!):�? Experience with Advanced Data Analytics & Machine Learning for demand planning.�? Knowledge of Supply Chain Risk Management & Strategy Development.�? Strong project management and channel management experience.
