This role will lead the non-food procurement across multiple categories (packaging, uniform....), while managing a small team. Description
- Build strong relationships with global suppliers.
- Work cross functionally with key internal stakeholders including operations, finance, marketing and NPD.
- Lead negotiations on a quarterly and annual basis with suppliers.
- Be at the forefront of innovation and working on sustainability based procurement projects.
Profile
- 5 + years of procurement experience within a hospitality or retail environment.
- Experience buying non-food categories (uniforms, packaging, chemicals....)
- Strong communication skills
- A track record of making savings and developing relationships with suppliers.
- Passionate about the hospitality industry
