Senior Transaction Manager
Location: London (with flexible work options)

Our client is seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to lead and execute high-value real estate transactions across the UK and Europe. This is a key role within a dynamic, market-leading team focused on value-add and income-generating commercial assets across office, retail and mixed-use sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the full transaction lifecycle from sourcing to closing
Originating investment opportunities through a strong market network
Conducting detailed financial analysis, feasibility studies, and business planning
Overseeing due diligence across legal, technical, and asset management functions
Negotiating deal terms and presenting to senior leadership and investment committees
Supporting junior team members while driving strategy and execution
We are looking for someone with:
A degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience leading real estate transactions, M&A, private equity, or investment banking
A strong track record in executing commercial real estate deals in UK
Excellent negotiation, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills
