Our client is seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to lead and execute high-value real estate transactions across the UK and Europe. This is a key role within a dynamic, market-leading team focused on value-add and income-generating commercial assets across office, retail and mixed-use sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full transaction lifecycle from sourcing to closing

• Originating investment opportunities through a strong market network

• Conducting detailed financial analysis, feasibility studies, and business planning

• Overseeing due diligence across legal, technical, and asset management functions

• Negotiating deal terms and presenting to senior leadership and investment committees

• Supporting junior team members while driving strategy and execution

We are looking for someone with:

• A degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience leading real estate transactions, M&A, private equity, or investment banking

• A strong track record in executing commercial real estate deals in UK

• Excellent negotiation, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills
