Pod Talent is excited to be supporting a fast-growing, sustainable consumer goods brand in their search for a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager. This innovative company is leading the way in consumer goods products by pushing the boundaries of sustainability, design, and functionality. Since launching, they’ve grown rapidly across Europe and the US, and are now looking for someone to join their team to take ownership of their global logistics and fulfilment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate freight rates and optimise sea freight, while maintaining communication with suppliers and carriers.
  • Manage inbound shipments and deliveries into 3PLs, ensuring accurate stock reconciliation.
  • Oversee wholesale, retail, and Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) order management.
  • Monitor and manage DTC orders via Shopify, working with customer service to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Ensure packaging materials are available and delivered on time to avoid disruptions in fulfilment.
  • Handle non-compliance issues and chargebacks to meet partner requirements.
  • Collaborate on new product development (NPD) launches and other critical projects.

Key Experience Required:

  • 4-6 years of experience in international logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of managing logistics in both the US and Europe.
  • Strong experience with freight negotiation and booking processes.
  • Ability to oversee multiple orders, shipments, and B2B relationships.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WMS systems like Blade.
  • Demonstrated expertise in setting up and managing 3PL locations.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
