We are recruiting for an ambitious and dedicated Operations Manager to join a fast-growing removals and storage company in Southwest London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a close-knit team and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the business.
The Role:
As Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of a 3,000 sq. ft. household goods storage warehouse, a growing fleet of 3.5T removal vehicles, and a team of 7+ crew members (more during peak season).
Reporting directly to the MD, you’ll play a key role in shaping operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of service.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Office Manager, BDM, and Office Administrator, as well as the operational team and lead foremen. With the business expanding rapidly, this role offers genuine progression to General Manager for the right individual.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven removals industry experience in an operational role.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills to manage people, schedules, and logistics effectively.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
