Travel Operations Manager

Base Salary £40,000 + Great Benefits

Hybrid - Central London

Our client is a well renowned luxury travel company who specialise in high end beach holidays to worldwide destinations such as the Caribbean, USA, Indian Ocean, Far East and Middle East.

They are a direct sell online travel agent who have won several awards for excellence and customer service

Due to growth, they are now recruiting for a Travel Operations Manager to manage a small team of contract data loaders.

Applicants must have previous operations management experience gained within the travel industry with knowledge of contract loading within long haul destinations

The role is offered on a hybrid working basis - Central London

Travel Operations Manager Responsibilities:

Data Loading - Accurately checking the loading and amending supplier contracts onto the company database in line with specific deadlines.

Checking - Check loading input by my team members onto the database, against the original supplier contracts and correct any errors found

Hotel Contract checking

Updating system for stop sales/inventory changes

Managing the team on a daily basis

Providing support and assistance to the team

Travel Operations Manager Experience Required:

Previous experience as an operations manager within the travel industry is essential

Previous knowledge of data loading is required

The ability to interpret supplier contracts

Able to manage and motivate the team

Ability to assign task and workloads to team members

Knowledge of i-Vector is an advantage

Travel Operations Manager Salary and Benefits:

Base Salary of £40,000 based on experience

20 days annual leave rising to 25 days + 8 bank holidays
