My client is seeking a driven warehouse manager to come in and hit the ground running. Your Duties:
* Oversee all warehouse functions ensuring accuracy, efficiency and timely order fulfillment
* Review and improve processes to enhance productivity and minimise errors
* Monitor and maintain stock levels ensuring alignment with inventory management software
* Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries working with external service providers
* Support the operations team in scheduling maintenance visits and monitoring service quality
* Lead, supervise and develop the warehouse team ensuring a positive and engaging work environment
Your Experience:
* Proven ability to manage, train and motivate a team
* Inventory management, handling, packaging and quality control expertise
* Able to identify and resolve operational challenges in the warehouse
* Familiar with inventory management software and logistics practices (unleashed or similar)
