Warehouse Manager - North West London

Our client is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a team, ensuring efficient stock management, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service.

?? Location: North West London?? Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 plus bonus

?? Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8am - 6pm
  • Alternate Saturdays (1 in 2): 8am - 1pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy and audit compliance.
  • Set and monitor team performance, providing training and support.
  • Maintain high service levels, scheduling deliveries to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure efficient stock handling, from inbound checks to outbound dispatch.
  • Uphold health & safety, operational processes, and compliance standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a warehouse team.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in systems such as Excel and SAP.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in a high-volume warehouse environment is desirable.
