- Experience in Loss Adjusting or high-value Claims Handling roles.
- ACII or CILA qualifications or equivalent experience with a commitment to personal qualifications.
- An outstanding understanding of FSA procedures, TCF initiatives, and the insurance market.
- Substantial technical knowledge within the adjusting field and understanding of client SLA compliance/productivity/quality requirements.
- Proven aptitude in scoping software and handheld device usage.
- Excellent negotiation skills and customer-first focus.
- Sound IT skills, attention to detail.
- Flexibility in travelling and a full UK driving licence.
