Recruit Ins are looking for an Executive Adjuster apart of the international team at the Head Office in London. Majority will be working from home but must be commutable to London office for meetings. Our client is a global loss adjuster.As an Executive Adjuster you will report to the Head of London International you will be responsible for handling a broad portfolio of claims and generating business from the London and other Reinsurance markets.Executive Adjuster Job Role

  • Direct loss adjusting on a home foreign basis
  • Meeting set revenue targets
  • Supporting the London International team through assignments and mentoring
  • Specialist lines business development through your own client base
  • Business development alongside the London International and associated with our clients’ teams
  • Undertaking projects and other ad hoc work as required.

Executive Adjuster Skills Required

  • Successful candidates must be able to evidence strong technical ability within specialist lines, and demonstrate a focus on quality, communication, technical and organisational skills.
  • Equally, the role requires a certain level of self-sufficiency and to be able to show a known market following, particularly within the London and related reinsurance markets.
  • CILA qualified preferred with other industry qualifications being a distinct advantage.
  • Due to the geographic coverage of the role travel will be required.
