Our client has a market-leading Construction & Engineering Unit that it seeks to strengthen through the appointment of an experienced Property/BI Adjuster to handle losses associated with specialist PFI property portfolios primarily for schools, hospitals, prisons and social housing.

  • The losses are associated with material damage, business interruption and third party property damage liability.
  • Our client is nominated on a huge number of PFI programmes, due to their intimate knowledge of the contractual matrices that lay behind the programmes.
  • This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a specialist unit whilst continuing to handle losses of the nature you currently do. In addition to the technical work you undertake, you will have the opportunity to take on full account responsibility.

About you:

  • This is a hybrid role so will allow you to work from home, but you should be happy to travel into our client's London office to work as part of the team and receive essential training.
  • The role is home-based so all commuting costs will be paid.
  • It requires 4-5 years in a commercial property adjusting role and an enthusiasm to develop your career in a different direction.
  • Progress with professional qualifications through CII/CILA would be preferred but is not essential.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary c£80,000 plus bonus, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
