Arthur are pleased to be partnering with one of our long standing clients again in their search for a Senior Claims Adjuster to manage a portfolio of Property D&F claims and develop client relationships, supporting the Claims Business Plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling complex claims, and collaborating with the Underwriting team to ensure profitable business development.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of Property claims, including complex ones, with personal ownership or by overseeing a Claims Adjuster
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance service delivery
  • Collaborate with the Underwriting team on claims and wording issues
  • Make decisions that ensure fair customer outcomes, aligned with company values
  • Uphold company policies on risk, financial crime, and conduct
  • Take responsibility for personal development and performance in line with business objectives
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong knowledge of Property claims in the Lloyd’s market
  • Expertise in insurance market practices and client obligations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ECF systems
  • Team player with a professional, analytical approach to problem-solving
