- Manage a portfolio of Property claims, including complex ones, with personal ownership or by overseeing a Claims Adjuster
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with the Underwriting team on claims and wording issues

- Uphold company policies on risk, financial crime, and conduct

- Strong knowledge of Property claims in the Lloyd’s market
- Expertise in insurance market practices and client obligations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ECF systems
