Our client, a leading Lloyd's Managing Agency, have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Cyber Claims Adjuster. The Claims Adjuster will handle and adjust Cyber insurance claims from first notification to final resolution working within the London based Cyber Claims team. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of effective management of Cyber claims demonstrating a high level of technical competency. You will have a good knowledge of key issues affecting the cyber insurance market and ideally have experience of liaising with coverholders/TPAs. This will be a hybrid role. Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo proactively adjust claims within your authority level and in accordance with the company claims vision and obligations; ensuring and delivering excellent service to all customers. These will include their more complex claims;To instruct and proactively oversee lawyers, adjusters and experts from the company panel;To assist the Claims Manager with the oversight of delegated claims authority holders ("DCAs"), service providers or outsource partners, who provide services in respect of your team, flagging any issues of concern to the Claims Manager and working to remediate these concerns.To develop and maintain relationships, and drive and oversee your team's relationships, with key external customers (key brokers, eternal vendors, and where relevant, coverholders and insureds); To assist the Claims Manager with the training and development of more junior members of the Cyber Claims team.
