An exciting opportunity to join a world leading Jewellery and Diamond specialist has arisen for an experienced Production Assistant. The Production team plays a crucial role in their Operations by overseeing the Manufacturing process and the product development of their pieces from the conception to the final deliveries. As a Production Assistant, your main mission will be to provide operational support to the production organisation and strategy. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of experts, working in a growing business environment. The successful candidate will have the following skills.

The main duties will be:

  • To support all aspects of the Production team in the critical flow of Jewellery and Watch Production.
  • Placing stock orders and reviewing deadlines
  • Building strong communication with the workshops
  • Assisting the Merchandising teams with retail needs (client enquiries, quotations, deadline management, special orders and design requests)

The successful candidate will have advanced Excel and good analytical skills. SAP experience is a plus and a background in Jewellery or Luxury industry is preferred. Must also have experience in working in a fast-paced environment and managing high volume of references would be greatly appreciated. Must be adaptable and have a willingness and openness to adapt to changing needs and challenges as they arise. Must be flexible and have active listening skills, tailoring communication to different audiences while effectively communicating to different teams. A thirst for expanding knowledge to deliver innovation and creativity in your field to contribute to the wider growth and success of the brand.
