Our Client In the London EC1R Area are looking for a production Co-Ordinator to join their team with an immediate start.

The ideal candidate must be available to start ASAP, have excellent Microsoft skills and general admin experience. In addition, they will likely have work experience on Womenswear Woven and Jersey areas with good fabric knowledge of working across these areas.

This is an office-based role and, although there can be some occasional flexibility, the role will be predominantly office based.

The role includes the following key responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of seasonal production critical paths and development critical paths, This is a day to day
  • Chasing production, development and fit samples
  • Assisting the wholesale team with uploading style details onto our internal systems
  • Approving bulk fabrics and lab dips
  • Filing systems for bulk fabrics and lab dips
  • Responsible for the general tidiness and organisation of the department
  • Receive and tag all samples into the business
  • Organise garments for photo shoots and keep a tracker of garments' whereabouts in between our showrooms, Liaising with the Team in Manchester on a regular basis.
  • Liaising with the Showroom Co-Ordinator to ensure all showroom samples are up to date and correct
  • Liaising with the Garment Tech team to do critical path updates
  • Take ownership of the Sample Archive for the business
  • General admin support to the London team
