Position Overview:
My client is an established and forward-thinking BeMS (Building Energy Management Systems) service provider, they are seeking a full-time, experienced, and adaptable BMS Service/Maintenance Engineer to join theri team in delivering energy-focused support services and projects. The role involves maintaining system availability and environmental conditions to help their customers reduce energy costs and minimize greenhouse gas emissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing and Maintenance:
- Perform regular servicing and maintenance of BeMSsystems, ensuring optimal performance and system availability.
- System Support and Optimization:
- Provide proactive support to clients, focusing on energy management and system efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and reduce energy consumption.
- Share innovative solutions to benefit the current and expanding customer base.
- Client Relations and Reporting:
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and maintaining strong, professional relationships.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and suggested improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Trend BeMSsystems is essential.
- Knowledge of Tridium and Schneider systems would be advantageous.
- Understanding of HVAC applications.
- Demonstrated electrical skills and competence.
- Professional Skills:
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong report-writing skills to communicate maintenance activities and recommendations effectively.
- Flexibility to cover various locations and adapt to different project requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with general PC use.
