Facilities Maintenance Engineer - The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Engineer with skills in various trades within the commercial industry to join our company!

You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across various commercial sites in London and the M25.

The successful candidates will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Facilities Maintenance Engineer - Key Responsibilities:

You will be given a number of jobs to do during the day including tasks involving:

Plumbing
Carpentry
Grounds Works
Any other Building maintenance required

Your normal working hours will be from 8am to 5pm however, some days you will be required to start earlier and finish later, you must be prepared to work some weekend and evenings.

We supply all tools necessary for you to carry out your daily tasks!

Facilities Maintenance Engineer - What we need from you:

b2 years of experience in the industry
Quality of work must be to an extremely high standard
Good knowledge of H&S
Very good level of English
Full driving licence for at least 5 years
