Maintenance Engineer
Brand new vacancy for a Maintenance Engineer for landmark London building in the City. Our client is looking for an experienced Engineer to join their Facilities Team on a Monday Friday basis. This role will suit ideally an electrically qualified Maintenance Engineer (they will also consider mechanical) with background in commercial building maintenance. Responsibilities:
Effective and efficient delivery of all facilities services through both planned and reactive maintenance.
To carry out installation, rectification, maintenance and overhaul of all plant
To deliver on maintenance KPIs through planned, preventative and predictive maintenance using a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software including time recording, analysis and reporting.
AHU and FCU maintenance .
Small installation, Fault-finding,
Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel,
Power distribution)
Fire Alarm Test's
Pumps: replacement of pump shaft seals (to fix leaks), replacement of small Pumps.
General plumbing maintenance: etc.
Pressurisation units: service and repair of closed system pressurisation units.
HVAC plant
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Chillers - Re-set
