The Role:

  • PPM, servicing and repairs on Electrical and Mechanical Systems across the properties.
  • Willingness to support other trades where required.
  • Keep clients informed of project developments and maintain detailed records of activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Utilize IT systems to accurately record tasks and project-related information.

Experience:

  • Relevant Qualification (NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 3)
  • 18th Edition
  • Proven experience in facilities management or maintenance is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in IT systems.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service and maintaining a safe working environment.
