Salary: 40,000 + Benefits
Shift: Permanent Afternoon Shift
A leading food manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring machinery runs efficiently with minimal downtime.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on food production machinery
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Ensure equipment operates efficiently to meet production targets
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to improve reliability and performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance engineering within food, FMCG, or manufacturing
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills (multi-skilled preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ, HNC, City & Guilds in Engineering)
