MANUFACTURING ENGINEER/ ASSURANCE ENGINEER - LONDON - 3/MONTH CONTRACT - 拢485 PER DAY (UMBRELLA) INSIDE IR35

ARM is working with a leading transport company, involved with some large-scale construction in London. We are currently recruiting for a Specialist Manufacturing Engineer/ Assurance Engineer, based in London.

About You:

路 To be successful in this role you will have experience of rolling stock engineering and assurance experience.

路 Excellent communication skills as well as a keen eye for detail is important.

路 You must have a HNC in an engineering discipline as a minimum.

路 You will have experience with signalling, mechanical or electrical engineering bills of material (EBOM).

What you will be doing:

- You will be responsible for the delivery of engineering solutions within workshops. This work will be for the overhaul of signals equipment, rolling stock equipment and other general engineering equipment.

- You will be reviewing work instructions and other documentation. You'll then compare this work to detailed engineering specs. Due to the work, you must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Develop bills of materials in line with customer specs and drawings. You will also manage and resolve technical queries regarding, production, compliance and project delivery etc.

This position is based in West London (Acton), it's working using the hybrid model and will see you working from home and the office (3 days in the office and 2 from home).

What you can expect in return:

The rate for this position is 拢441 per day (Umbrella) Inside IR35.

You must be eligible to work in the UK. We may need to undertake a DBS check as part of the compliance checks for the role. We will only consider those who are immediately available or have 1 week or less notice, due to the urgency of this position.
