Company Overview:

I am currently assisting a leading FM service provider with their ongoing search for mechanical maintenance engineers to work on a large, commercial static site in Central London

  • Salary Range: 40k-45k
  • Static site Central London
  • Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical systems, including all on-site HVAC equipment, mechanical plant equipment, and general plumbing maintenance.
  • Reactive maintenance
  • Mechanical Fault-Finding
  • AHUs
  • FCUs
  • Pumps - (seals, bearings, valves)
  • Motors - (re-winds, overhauls)
  • Cooling Towers
  • Plumbing
  • Chillers

Qualifications:

  • NVQ / C&G Level 2 or 3 in mechanical engineering, plumbing & heating and/or Level 2/3 mechanical/pluming apprenticeship
  • Proven experience as a mechanical maintenance engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)
