About the Role:
Join a global FM company as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on mechanical systems, including HVAC, pumps, and plumbing, chillers, AHU's.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical faults quickly and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain critical systems to ensure continuous operation and optimal performance.
  • Work closely with site management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Complete and update service reports and maintenance logs accurately.
  • Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across the site.
  • Liaise with contractors and vendors as needed to facilitate repairs and improvements.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in any mechanical discipline HVAC/Plumbing
