4 on 4 off days and nights (8am - 8pm & 8pm to 8am)

40,000 + overtime

Responsibilities:

• PPM's
• Reactive maintenance
• Tap temperatures
• Filter changes
• Legionella
• A/C units
• Chillers
• Pumps
• BMS

• Requirements:

• NVQ level 2 or above in any mechanical discipline (preferred but not essential)
• Proven building services experience
