Our client based in the Battersea area, are looking for a maintenance technician to work on-site, assisting and supporting with the smooth running of all aspects of the production area.
Requirements and Attributes they are looking for are :-
- Enthusiastic professional who gets the job done with passion and interest
- Extremely reliable in terms of attendance and time keeping
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, while maintaining a friendly, courteous and helpful attitude to colleagues at all times.
- Supportive and encouraging to other colleagues, especially to Production Assistants
- Willing to learn new tasks and skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.
- Experience within a similar role or setting.
ROLE SPECIFICS
- Covering holidays when requested.
- Ability to troubleshoot.
- Reading electrical drawings and able to use testers and other tools.
- Cleaning of equipment.
- Keeping the on site workshop in good order.
- Repairing the machines as required.
- Undertaking regular maintenance on the machines as per the Cleaning and Maintenance schedules.
- Repairing and maintaining items and equipment for the production areas.
