I am currently assisting a leading FM service provider with their ongoing search for a PPM engineer to work on multiple high end - residential sites in the City. My client are looking to take on experienced maintenance engineer.

  • Salary 32,000 - 33,000 + call out
  • High end, residential sites in West London
  • Monday - Friday + call out
  • Opportunity to progress
  • Further training

Responsibilities:

  • Variety of on site PPM's
  • Fire panel
  • Intruder alarm systems
  • Basic building services
  • Electrical PPM's
  • Intercoms
  • Reactive call outs
  • Commercial systems maintenance

Requirements:

  • Maintenance experience
  • 18th edition/ Electrical qualification desirable
  • Very client facing so great communication and very presentable
  • Polite and calm to deal with tenants
