Robert Half is currently engaging with a leading pharmaceutical company that is looking to recruit a contract QA Engineer for an initial 12-month period.
Role:
- Determine general and specific quality requirements for pharmaceutical software and products.
- Develop and execute manual and automated tests to identify functionality issues.
- Analyse testing results and work closely with developers to implement solutions.
- Conduct final product reviews to ensure compliance and optimal functionality before release.
- Program and execute test cases and scripts to detect and correct software defects.
- Maintain detailed documentation of quality issues, testing results, and corrective actions.
- Perform regression testing to verify the resolution of previously reported issues.
- Continuously assess and recommend improvements in testing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Profile:
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer within a pharmaceutical, health care, or regulated environment will be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium and Cypress
- Familiarity with GxP, FDA regulations, and compliance standards is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
