Our client is looking for a multiskilled Electrical Maintenance engineer to work in a large office building in Canary Wharf. You will be working client side for one of the Uks most prestigious property companies. Working DAYS only shift you will be paid 49,000 with an excellent benefits package including bonus, healthcare, great pension and much more.
Day to Day Duties
- Control Panels
- Lighting
- Emergency lighting tests
- Single and Three phrase
- AHU and FCU maintenance .
- Small installation, Fault-finding,
- Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel,
- Power distribution)
- Fire Alarm Test's
- Pumps: replacement of pump shaft seals (to fix leaks), replacement of small Pumps.
- General plumbing maintenance: etc.
- Pressurisation units: service and repair of closed system pressurisation units.
- HVAC plant
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Chillers - Re-set
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, changing taps, seals etc
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
Qualifications/Requirements
- Qualified In an Engineering discipline to level3 or equivalent with certificates.
- General Building services skills
- Experience with PPM’s on commercial systems
- Steady and progressive work history
- Experienced in work on large scale building services applications
