Job Title: Shift Engineer
Location: Leadenhall
Salary: Up to £51,000 basic + bonus
About the Role:
We are seeking an experiencedElectrical Shift Engineerwith an electrical background to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a prestigious commercial office sites in Leadenhall. Youll carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and respond to reactive tasks, ensuring smooth operation of building services, such as Emergency Lighting, UPS systems, Generators, Fire Alarm Testing and General Building Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical and general maintenance tasks across site within a team of engineers
- Perform PPMs and respond to reactive maintenance calls.
- Maintain and service air handling units (AHUs) and fan coil units (FCUs).
- Supervising Sub-contractors on site.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of safety and compliance.

Requirements:
- Strong electrical background with relevant qualifications.
- Previous experience within a building services position
- Self-motivated and able to manage workload across multiple sites.
