THE JOB
Our client, an established and highly regarded building services provider is seeking a Site Supervisor to join a 2-man team on a high-profile commercial building in the West End of London.
This is a great opportunity for a Lead Engineer or Supervisor looking for the next step in their career, or an established manager looking to join an established private service provider.
As well as supervising the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance to the plantroom and landlord areas of the building, delivery of statutory compliance including RAMS and logbooks is a key requirement of the job.
DUTIES
- Establishment and day-to-day management of Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule
- Providing leadership and assistance to a team the Site Engineer in delivering planned and reactive maintenance to the plant room and landlord services.
- Supervision of permanent/temporary workers, and subcontractors.
- Strong & effective communication with the client; answering client queries & complaints.
- Computer literacy & timely communication.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
- Level 3 Electrical Qualifications; i.e. City & Guilds
- Good Customer relationship skills.
- Supervisory/Management experience within M&E building maintenance.
- Experience managing compliance within building services.
PACKAGE & BENEFITS: 50,000 - 55,000
